7:30am-4:30pm Position Overview Source One Staffing is seeking a warehouse associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company in Pingree Grove, IL. This position supports warehouse and light production operations involving candle wax pellets, fragrance oils, and consumer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, forklift operation, material handling, ERP systems, and pick/pack processes. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong attendance, and performance may have the opportunity to be hired directly by the client company. Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments of candle wax pellets, fragrance oils, and related materials Break down bulk products into smaller packaging quantities for customer orders Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely throughout the warehouse Maintain organized inventory within warehouse racking systems Perform assembly and light production tasks as needed Use ERP and warehouse management systems to track inventory and order activity Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production area Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines Support inventory counts and general warehouse operations as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required Experience with ERP systems preferred Forklift operation experience required or willingness to become certified Experience with material handling, pick/pack, and assembly work Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic computer skills required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse and light production environment Ability to safely handle repetitive tasks and material movement Work Environment This position works in a warehouse setting with pallet racking, shipping stations, forklifts, and a small production area focused on packaging and fulfillment operations.
