WKSD provides municipal and industrial water to a variety of consumers encompassing a 300 square mile area with 7,600 metered accounts including: commercial and domestic customers, oil companies, co-generation facilities. The General Manager serves as the chief executive officer of the District, providing strategic, operational, and organizational leadership to ensure the reliable delivery of water services. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the General Manager oversees all District functions, aligns operations with Board priorities, and represents the agency in a wide range of regulatory, regional, and community settings.
