The ideal candidate:

Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash Works directly with Executive Leadership Team to make strategic recommendations on process improvements Trains and develops team members, leading them to their fullest potential Sets a positive example, inspecting and promoting teamwork Consistently demonstrates the ability to motivate and encourage team members

Requirements:

Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people Strong personal commitment to successfully managing and leading growth Superior leadership and organizational skills Complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift Be able to carry and move boxes 50 pounds or more across the site Constantly working in outdoor weather conditions High earnings potential through competitive base pay and compensation structure that rewards performance through a structured bonus program The General Manager is the driver of our company's growth.
