We specialize in high-quality outdoor living projects including decks, railings, pergolas, and exterior remodeling. We are seeking someone who is driven, personable, and confident working directly with homeowners.

Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners for decking and outdoor living consultations Generate and follow up with leads Prepare and present proposals Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process Work closely with the office and project management team Help customers choose products, colors, and design options

Qualifications:

Sales experience is

REQUIRED

— home improvement/construction sales preferred Proven ability to close deals and manage customers professionally Strong knowledge of decking products, framing, layouts, and outdoor living projects preferred Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and appointments Excellent communication and follow-up skills Must be comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and estimating software Professional appearance and strong work ethic required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work evenings and Saturdays when needed Team-oriented attitude with the ability to take direction and follow company systems
