Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with a welcoming attitude Schedule appointments and manage salon booking systems Answer phones, handle transactions, and maintain front desk organization Assist with salon cleanliness and daily operations Support stylists when needed, including preparing stations and assisting clients Help maintain smooth salon flow and excellent customer service Qualifications Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Salon experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the salon Salon Manager We are seeking a strong leader who can help grow salon revenue, manage inventory, support the team, and create profitable business strategies for salon growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily salon operations and team management Create strategies to increase revenue and client retention Manage inventory, retail products, and ordering systems Develop and maintain profitable salon budgets Track sales performance, expenses, and salon growth goals Support and motivate front desk staff and stylists Assist with marketing, promotions, and salon events Maintain professionalism, organization, and operational excellence Qualifications Previous salon management or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and business management skills Knowledge of inventory systems, budgeting, and retail sales Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Positive leadership mindset and strong communication skills Curly Hair Specialist / Hairdresser We are looking for creative, driven Hairdressers who are passionate about curly hair, texture education, and delivering exceptional services across all hair types. Compensation Commission-based position with strong earning potential Retail commission opportunities available Growth opportunities for motivated stylists building their clientele Responsibilities Specialize in curly hair services including Rezo Cuts, shaping, styling, and color Perform traditional haircuts on straight, wavy, curly, and coily textures Provide personalized consultations and hair education Deliver cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service Maintain sanitation, professionalism, and salon standards Contribute to a supportive and collaborative salon culture Qualifications Licensed Hairdresser or Cosmetologist preferred Passion for textured hair and advanced cutting techniques Strong foundation in haircutting and styling all hair textures Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to grow Strong client communication and teamwork skills Why Join Rezo Hair Salon?
