Job Description:

General Manager•Operations (Multi-Site) | Lakewood, WA We're hiring a General Manager to lead multi-site operations across the Northwest region (WA/OR), based in Lakewood, WA . This is a high-impact role with full ownership of operations, team performance, and P&L across multiple locations. What you'll be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites Full P&L ownership (revenue, costs, profitability) Driving KPIs across inventory, quality, and operational performance Leading and developing site teams (hiring, coaching, accountability) Ensuring strong inventory control through ERP/MRP systems Managing customer relationships and escalations Supporting regional sales efforts and business growth What we're looking for: 5+ years in operations leadership (manufacturing, building materials, or similar) Experience managing multi-site operations Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility ERP/MRP experience (inventory control required) Customer-facing experience (including escalations) Comfortable in equipment-driven / mechanical environments Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset What stands out: Run the region like your own business (high autonomy) Direct exposure to executive leadership KPI-driven, results-oriented environment Single-shift operations
