Build and structure high-performing development teams. Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability systems. Establish risk management frameworks and internal control systems. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards. Support the company's long-term institutional growth initiatives. 识别新的区域扩张机会及潜在市场； 推动合资合作与战略联盟； 主导新产品线及开发平台的可行性研究； 支持公司长期机构化发展战略。 Reporting Line & Authority Structure 汇报关系及权责说明 The General Manager is fully responsible for the development and management of the Company's real estate projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors. Major matters and final decision-making authority regarding real estate projects reside with the Board of Directors. The General Manager is responsible for coordinating the Company's functional departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Administration, Legal, and Finance, to ensure efficient collaboration supporting project execution. Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar development projects. Strong financial modeling and capital structuring expertise. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Strong understanding of development risk management and investment execution. Experience managing institutional-level real estate portfolios preferred.
