The General Manager is responsible for all operations of the restaurant.Responsibilities include:
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, strong floor presence, and a consistently elevated guest experience Lead, coach, and develop the management and hourly teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork Manage scheduling, labor planning, ordering, inventory, and operational systems to support efficiency, consistency, and financial performance Uphold service standards, training programs, and quality expectations across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring every detail reflects the brand's level of hospitality Partner closely with culinary and senior leadership to support smooth communication, strong service execution, and alignment between front and back of house Handle guest relations, team performance, daily problem-solving, and additional operational needs as directed by senior management to ensure a well-run, guest-focused restaurantBACKGROUND PROFILE
: 5+ years of experience as a General Manager with a $6M+ upscale, full-service restaurant Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, costs, and overall restaurant performance Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Strong floor presence with a genuine passion for hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable dining experiences Energetic, people-focused, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach and genuine enjoyment of working with both guests and team membersEOE - EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
