Golf Course Maintenance Worker I

Northwood Golf Club located in Monte Rio, California, is looking to fill an open position for Maintenance Worker I. Northwood is recognized as one of the top nine-hole golf courses in the nation. We are looking for hard working, reliable individuals with strong attention to detail, to staff the maintenance crew. No experience necessary. Work in a beautiful outdoor setting with free golf privileges on a space available basis.

Job Duties include:

• Daily greens mowing
• Course set-up
• Weedwacking
• Raking bunkers and leaves
• Watering
• Detail landscaping
• Other general unskilled labor tasks
• Shifts are from 6am-2pm or 6am-10am
• Currently hiring for part time only, must be available to work some weekends.

Job Requirements include:

• Ability to work weekends
• Able to walk 5 miles per day on uneven ground
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• Act in a courteous manner towards customers, coworkers, and management.
• Maintain the golf course to standards set by the Superintendent Pay will start at $18.
