Duties Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, providing clear instructions on course procedures and tee times Manage the flow of players on the course to ensure a timely pace of play and reduce wait times Enforce golf course rules and etiquette with professionalism and tact, resolving conflicts promptly Communicate important information to players via public speaking or direct interaction, ensuring everyone understands safety guidelines and course policies Assist with event management during tournaments or special outings, coordinating player start times and managing participant flow Monitor the course for safety hazards, respond swiftly to emergencies, and coordinate with emergency services if needed Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, offering directions, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Strong conflict management abilities to handle disputes or rule infractions diplomatically Background in hospitality or golf environments enhances guest interactions Public speaking capabilities for making announcements or providing instructions clearly and confidently This role is paid and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively golf environment where your energy makes a difference!
