Overview Are you a passionate and skilled Acupuncturist eager to launch your own practice and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives? This exciting opportunity empowers you to establish and grow your own healthcare practice, providing expert acupuncture and holistic therapies. You will deliver personalized patient care, utilizing your expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), anatomy, physiology, and pain management to foster healing and wellness. Must be licensed with your own malpractice insurance. We can do a %, flat rent, or per diem. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health concerns, including acute pain management and musculoskeletal issues. Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing acupuncture, trigger point therapy, herbal medicine techniques, and other holistic modalities. Perform physical examinations and utilize medical terminology to accurately diagnose patient conditions in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) to document treatments, progress notes, and patient histories efficiently. Apply aseptic techniques to ensure safe and hygienic procedures during all treatments. Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices to promote ongoing wellness. Collaborate with healthcare providers such as physicians, chiropractors, or physical therapists to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Manage client communication effectively, ensuring a welcoming environment that fosters trust and satisfaction. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as an Acupuncturist with experience in acupuncture practice. Proven expertise in pain medicine, trigger point therapy, herbal medicine technique, and TCM principles. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physical examination techniques. Experience with EMR/EHR systems for managing electronic health records efficiently. Demonstrated ability in acute pain management and patient service excellence. Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and aseptic technique. Prior experience in direct patient care within a clinical or private practice setting is highly desirable. Pay:
$50.00 - $75.00 per hour
