Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide acupuncture therapy to patients, utilizing traditional Chinese medicine techniques to promote healing and overall wellness.Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate acupuncture treatments
- Administer acupuncture therapy following established protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and holistic health practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Stay current on developments in acupuncture techniques and practices
Qualifications:
- Degree in Acupuncture or related field
- State licensure and certification as an Acupuncturist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in patient care and physical examinations
- Familiarity with pediatric acupuncture is a plus
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques for safe practice
- Ability to perform trigger point therapy and pain management techniques
