Position Summary In this role your role is to provide frequency-specific microcurrent (FSM) treatments for animals while making sure both the client and their animal feel comfortable, welcomed and cared for. A very important part of the role is properly preparing and positioning each animal for treatment. This includes making sure the animal is comfortable and that the equipment is properly placed as the proper position ensures the treatment is administered correctly as well as the equipment is operating to its full capacity.

Position Pay Rate:

$35 based commission per patient. About The Practice Jump With Joy Chiropractic is a progressive, holistic veterinary practice dedicated to treating pets through chiropractic adjustments to improve overall movement, promoting release of toxins, draining inflammation, improving the immune system and improving overall wellness. Jump With Joy also supports pets organ systems through supplementation to get ahead of chronic conditions that patients may be predisposed to. We combine holistic modalities such as laser therapy, herbal supplementation, chiropractic care, and FSM frequency to help heal patients. What We're Looking For We are seeking a compassionate, detailed-oriented FSM provider who is knowledgeable in FSM, experienced in the role with animals, and is open to new ideas. We want someone who is passionate for the role and looks out for the betterment of the animals. You will need to be a great communicator and be able to explain FSM to the owners as questions arise. You will work hand in hand with the DVM for all FSM needs. Key Responsibilities Comfort of animals and their owners : Provide a calm, relaxing environment in and around exam rooms aiding in the relaxation of patients during treatment. Clinic safety : Control and ensure pet traffic sufficiently in microcurrent rooms to prevent injury to staff, clients, and other animals in the microcurrent area. Ensure all owners have leashes on their pets and are watching their pets while moving from microcurrent areas.

PM System/Timing :

Be able to update and create tech notes for microcurrent patients. Stay flexible to changes in the schedule for microcurrent, switch boxes around as see fit to run protocols and work the schedule effectively.

Collaboration :

This position requires collaboration with the DVM as Chiropractic appointments which will include thorough examination and a full history of patient concerns will determine each individual protocol for FSM treatment. You may be asked to join chiropractic appointments for FSM/potential patients in order to get an idea of their FSM needs.

FSM Equipment Responsibilities :

Be careful with machinery. Make sure to keep wires untangled, dry and in a safe place as much as possible. Keep the manager and the clinic owner aware of equipment needs as they arise for quick solutions. During treatment make sure the cape, foot straps, leads and other equipment are properly handled and placed during and after treatment. Program the FSM boxes or confirm that they are programmed correctly according to the treatment protocol that was discussed. Monitor the equipment and reset or adjust the devices when necessary. Keep all FSM equipment in good working order, including firmware updates and battery changes. Regularly check lead wires and clips to make sure that they are clean, secure, and working properly.

Cleanliness :

Maintain cleanliness of the clinic specifically the microcurrent areas as well as the FSM Equipment. Clean rooms after every appointment to include animal waste.

Client Relationship :

Provide exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming, compassionate environment. Create a positive experience, build trust with clients, educate clients on FSM as needed throughout the FSM treatment journey, and make sure everything is ready and running smoothly from the time that they arrive until the time they leave. Let the client know side effects such as being a little sleepy or tired for the next 24 hours following treatment and information on what to do to help with the side effects such as drinking a lot of water to flush toxins.
