aviation operations, fleet training, aircraft scheduling, and special-use airspace coordination in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The successful candidate will support the planning and coordination of military training activities involving Navy and Marine Corps fleet customers, contracted air services, training ranges, and air-control agencies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support near-term and advanced planning and coordination of military training activities. Participate in Naval training exercises and scheduling of military training ranges. Coordinate military and non-military activities across

special-use airspace and the Navy Dare Bombing Range Complex. Coordinate aircraft, range, airspace, and training requirements with appropriate organizations. Interface with U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps fleet customers and Air Control agencies. Coordinate use of Contracted Air Services controlled aircraft and Government pod assets. Monitor contracted air assets supporting fleet exercises, fleet detachments, and Fleet Replacement Squadron training. Apply analytical techniques to monitor service-provider performance and Special Use Airspace utilization. Assist with site and facility logistical support and coordination of Government Furnished Equipment. Support Fleet Readiness Center GFE requirements as necessary. Track program requirements, schedules, actions, and deliverables. Participate in meetings, working groups, and program reviews. Support Commander, Strike Group FOUR fleet exercises as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS). Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing work equivalent to the functional responsibilities of the position. Experience supporting program, project, operational, or aviation-related activities. Strong organizational, analytical, scheduling, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with military, Government, contractor, and operational stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Desired Qualifications Experience with military and civilian airport ground and flight operations. Experience scheduling aircraft and Special Use Airspace. Experience supporting Navy or Marine Corps aviation operations. Familiarity with military training ranges and fleet exercises. Security Clearance Active Secret clearance required.
