Job Description
Ripple Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Acupuncturist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Washougal. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative team, has strong clinical skills, and is interested in treating a broad range of conditions. Experience or interest in women's health, including fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause, is especially welcome. Ripple is a well-established multidisciplinary practice offering acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, massage therapy, mental health counseling, nutrition, and community events and classes. Providers work independently while benefiting from being part of a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for collaboration and shared learning. What We Provide We handle the business and administrative side of the practice so you can focus on patient care, including: Insurance credentialing and payer relationships Billing and claims management Scheduling and front desk support, including managing provider waitlist Marketing and community outreach Office space, supplies, and clinical resources Established community and referral relationship Acupuncture team meetings to learn, collaborate, and grow together Qualifications Current Washington State Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine Practitioner license Strong clinical and communication skills Comfortable treating a broad range of conditions Experience or interest in women's health preferred Proficiency in acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and manual therapies Herbal medicine knowledge is a plus, but not required Interest in working collaboratively with other healthcare and wellness providers Ability to maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and meet insurance requirements Compensation This is a W-2 employee position. $40-$45 per completed follow-up visit $60-$70 per completed new patient evaluation Compensation paid upfront at bi-weekly payroll Our acupuncturists utilize two rooms so they can see two patients per hour 25% commission on net profit of herbs and supplements sold
