As an established holistic wellness practice, we are looking to expand our services and welcome a practitioner who is passionate about client‑centered, integrative care. This is a part‑time 1099 independent contractor role for approximately 10-20 client hours per week. A beautiful, fully equipped treatment space is available for your own existing clientele, allowing you to continue building your practice in a supportive setting. For clients referred and provided by Sabita Holistic Center, compensation is structured as a 50/50 split per session , offering clear, shared upside as your schedule grows.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and wellness goals. Administer acupuncture and related modalities to address pain management, stress reduction, overall wellness, and preventive care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and practitioners, such as massage therapists, chiropractors, and primary care providers, to support integrated, comprehensive care. Develop and implement treatment and follow‑up plans to support clients through their healing and recovery processes. Educate clients on the benefits of acupuncture and holistic approaches to health and wellness, including lifestyle and self‑care recommendations. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Stay current with advancements in acupuncture, holistic health, and related techniques through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements:

Licensed acupuncturist in good standing, with an active Connecticut license (or eligibility to obtain one before start date). Clinical experience providing acupuncture for pain, stress, and general wellness; experience with athletes or active populations is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care and professional integrity. Interest in holistic health and ongoing professional development in acupuncture and related modalities. Willingness to room‑share or sublet treatment space directly from the practice as part of a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.
