Key Qualifications:

Active Connecticut SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience working in school settings, preferably with adolescents Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple grade levels

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to middle and high school students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely progress reports Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district policies Offer support and consultation to educators regarding speech-language development and classroom strategies
