Responsibilities Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs, limitations, and goals related to flexibility and mobility Develop personalized stretching routines incorporating techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, and prenatal massage when appropriate Perform safe and effective stretching sessions that improve range of motion, alleviate pain, and support injury prevention Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and self-care practices to promote ongoing health benefits Maintain detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes using appropriate medical terminology Collaborate with other wellness professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients with specific health conditions or occupational health concerns Ensure a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and clear communication throughout each session Qualifications Proven experience in massage therapy or related fields with a focus on stretching techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, or sports massage Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to muscle function and pain management Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and tailor treatments accordingly Certification in massage therapy from an accredited program; CPR certification is required Familiarity with medical terminology and client communication best practices Experience working with prenatal clients or in occupational health settings is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients effectively Join us to help clients unlock their full potential through expert stretching techniques!
