Exciting opportunity for an experienced Audiologist to provide expertise within an educational setting on a contract basis. Located in the western Chicagoland area, this role involves conducting an auditory processing Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) for a student, ensuring an accurate assessment in collaboration with a dedicated school nurse. This is an ideal short-term assignment for a candidate with a passion for helping students and making a direct impact. Candidates will be required for a single evaluation to be completed before the end of September, performed onsite. The position offers a flat fee upon completion, to be determined and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

Current and active Illinois Audiologist License is required Demonstrated experience conducting auditory processing evaluations, preferably within a school or pediatric setting Strong communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents Excellent organizational abilities to ensure timely and accurate assessment completion Comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team
