Duties Conduct thorough hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech testing, and specialized diagnostic evaluations to identify hearing loss and balance issues. Perform vestibular testing and otolaryngology evaluations to diagnose inner ear and balance disorders. Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids and cochlear implants to meet individual patient needs using advanced hearing aid programming software. Manage patient cases from initial consultation through follow-up care, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service. Utilize patient management software (EMR/EHR) to document findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately. Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and proper device usage while fostering a supportive environment for client communication. Collaborate with physicians specializing in otolaryngology for comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology or a related healthcare field; Doctor of Audiology (Au.

D.) preferred. Valid licensure or certification as an Audiologist in accordance with local regulations. Proven experience in clinical audiology including hearing screenings, diagnostic evaluation, and hearing aid fitting. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy of the ear, and medical terminology relevant to audiology practice. Proficiency with patient management software (EMR/EHR), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and computer skills for data analysis and reporting. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages—including pediatrics—and healthcare professionals. Ability to perform specialized testing such as vestibular assessments and cochlear implant programming with precision. Knowledge of aseptic techniques during procedures requiring sterile environments; understanding of otolaryngology practices is a plus.
