Key Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required Previous experience working with children, especially those with special needs or behavioral differences Familiarity with principles of behavioral intervention and individualized student support Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teachers, BCBA, and other school staff Dependable, compassionate, and eager to contribute to a positive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide daily one-on-one support to a 3rd grade student Assist within the classroom setting, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere Collaborate closely with the assigned BCBA to implement individualized behavioral plans Track student progress and assist with documentation Use evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviors and support academic engagement Enjoy the benefit of consistent weekday hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 3:15pm, onsite with no weekends required.
