Board Certified Behavior Analyst The Sullivan ABA Clinic Huntsville, AL Job Details Full-time | Contract $100 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Continuing education credits Flexible schedule Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities CPR Certification BLS Certification Board Certified Behavior Analyst Applied Behavior Analysis Liability insurance Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. We are a BCBA only clinic (no RBT's). As a BCBA/QBA, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans that promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact through evidence-based practices, data-driven decision making, and compassionate patient care. We offer no minimum on caseloads (you pick how many clients and hours you want to work) and annual CEU stipend ($500). This a contract (1099) position. We do not have a clinic setting and all services will be provided in the home or other community approved setting (I.e., school, daycare, after-school, etc). As an independent contractor you will be responsible for creating your own schedule, turning in your own notes, and creating and implementing an individualized behavior plan. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Lead intake assessments to determine eligibility for services and establish initial treatment goals. Requirements Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or certification as a Qualified Beahvior Analyst (QBA).
