Qualifications:
At least 1 year of professional experience supporting school-aged children with behavioral needs
Preferred:
2+ years of prior experience in a school-based environment Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required Comfort with toileting assistance as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity during school hours Collect and record accurate behavioral data and progress notes Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school personnel to support student success Support students across various settings, adapting your approach to meet individual needs Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times
