Beautiful and well-supplied clinic facilities A rewarding experience working with families and helping children with development delays reach their full potential A welcoming, collaborative environment that promotes the sharing of ideas and fosters growth Training and ongoing development and supervision provided Our BCBAs maintain small caseloads to promote best practices, strong support, and regular supervision Specific responsibilities include: Provide individual treatment for individuals aged up to 21 years old. Implement learning programs under the supervision of a BCBA and collect data on target behaviors Deliver skills instruction to clients based upon the principles of applied behavior analysis. Collaborate with caregivers to evaluate and modify the behavior of children with special needs. Assist in providing training and guidance to parents, and other caregivers to help children overcome problems with communication, social skills, attention, or sensory integration. Communicate with therapists and other professionals on the child's progress. Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal skills. Computer skills. Certificate, Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a behavioral health or related field preferred, but not required. Essential Job Functions Able to provide consistent attention and care for the client, up to 2 hour long sessions Ability to sustain long periods of sitting or standing Excellent communications skills to effectively interact with patients Ability to bend, squat, lift, and lower a minimum of 20 pounds (must be able to lift and carry clients) Must be able to have flexible scheduling Ability to communicate with your team through phone and email in a timely manner Interviews at
