What you'll do Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-clinic Use play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach kids life skills Celebrate wins (big and small) What you'll need A heart for helping kids A calm, steady presence Eagerness & energy to play Curiosity and a willingness to improve your skills Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification . High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 1 year of previous experience in ABA therapy . Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
