Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes and community settings. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement individualized treatment plans designed to build meaningful skills and improve daily functioning. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Collect accurate session data and behavior notes Assist with skill acquisition programs (communication, social skills, daily living skills) Support behavior reduction goals using positive reinforcement Collaborate with families and caregivers during sessions Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate care standards Attend supervision, training, and team meetings as required Required Qualifications Active RBT certification in the state of AZ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) Experience working with children (ABA, autism, special education, childcare, or similar) Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and sit on the floor for extended periods CPR (BLS)
