School Year Contract Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Aide for a full-time position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs and helping create a positive, structured learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students Assist in implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional development Track and document student behavior and progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Support students during classroom instruction, transitions, and daily routines Help maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred Background in ABA, paraprofessional work, or similar role is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain patient, consistent, and proactive High school diploma required; additional education or certifications preferred
