Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in their efforts to succeed and thrive? Ro Health is hiring qualified Behavior Technicians to work in schools! This role focuses on providing behavioral support, specifically leveraging Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) strategies and technique, in a school setting, with students ranging from pre-K to high school. Previous work experience in ABA required. Our Behavior Technicians are assigned to cases as either 1:1 supports, or as a general classroom aide. Registered Behavior Technician training path assistance included: For individuals who are not yet certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician, we will be offering a path and guidance to successfully completing your RBT requirements with a significant pay bump that comes with it.

Pay Range:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Behavioral Technician) $26.00-$28.00 per hour (Registered Behavior Technician) (Active license)
Overview:
Desired start date: October-November School-setting Full-time/part-time schedules M-F, generally 8am-3pm; weekends off
Responsibilities:
Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds) Provide toileting/diapering assistance on a case by case basis
Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) required Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred Previous experience working in a school setting preferred Passion for supporting students in the learning process Strong assessment skills Ability to work well in a team environment Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status) : Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K with employer matching Direct deposit; weekly paychecks Single point of contact Does this role sound like the right fit for you?
