Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing essential support in an educational setting. This full-time position near Fremont, CA, is ideal for professionals passionate about improving student outcomes by delivering high-quality behavioral services within a school environment. You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams, shaping learning experiences and fostering student growth while supporting and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Hold current certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Demonstrated experience working in a school setting, delivering behavioral interventions to students Previous supervisory role overseeing RBTs required Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to upholding ethical and evidence-based practices in behavior analysis Ability to develop and revise individualized behavior intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and create effective, tailored behavioral intervention strategies for students Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate successful behavioral outcomes Monitor student progress, collecting and analyzing data for ongoing program improvements Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies and best practices Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all professional and ethical standards This vibrant school-based opportunity allows you to make a real impact and positively influence students' educational journeys.
