School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -
Livermore, CA Start Date:
August 12, 2026Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch 7-8 hours/day, 35-40 hours/week.Pay:
$65-$70 per hour (based on experience)Location:

Inclusive Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated school-experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this position, you'll support students in public school settings by developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and coaching staff using proactive and trauma-informed strategies.Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Health, or related field Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Prior experience working in public school settings with students with autism and related disabilities Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between school sites. Mileage reimbursed. Strong understanding of IEPs, IDEA compliance, and data-driven behavior support Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI. TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state mandated trainings during onboardingKey Responsibilities:
Conduct FBAs, write and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Coach and train teachers, paraeducators, and support staff in evidence-based behavior strategies Model techniques in real-time across school environments Support IEP team processes and contribute to student behavior goals Monitor fidelity of implementation and document progress Participate in team meetings and student support planning Provide consultation and support to ensure safe, inclusive classrooms for students with social-emotional and behavioral challenges Respond to behavioral crises, support de-escalation, and contribute to safety planning Collaborate with administrators, families, and mental health providers Travel between school sites as neededEmployee Perks and Benefits:
