About our School Cypress School is a non-public school dedicated to supporting students through individualized education, behavioral support, and community-based learning. We serve students ages 5-22 with developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges .

$90,000-$95,000/yearJob Overview:
Are you passionate about working with students with disabilities? If so, we have the role for you! Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Analyst where you will work closely with teachers, aides and related service providers to support student learning, behavior, and communication goals. This role includes staff training, behavior intervention, data analysis, and crisis support while fostering a safe and engaging environment for students.Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers and aides with implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Conduct observations, data checks, and develop/update behavior plans. Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to staff on ABA strategies. Support students during transitions, crises, and daily classroom activities. Contribute to IEPs, reports, and staff training. Collaborate with families, service providers, and school teams.Requirements:
Maintain active BCBA Experience working with children and young adults in education or behavioral settings. Strong communication and teamwork skills. continuously meet BACB supervision/ethics requirements Cleared fingerprint/background test required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test required Negative TB test and medical examination required First Aid certified or willing to become certified required Preference for applicants with previous experience working with students with autism or similar disabilities Why Join Us?
