Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time | Salinas, CA Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an immediate school-based opportunity in Salinas, California. This position will provide maternity leave coverage from ASAP through the December holiday break, with the potential to extend beyond the initial assignment. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a BCBA who is comfortable supporting multiple elementary school sites while providing supervision and guidance to RBTs and paraprofessionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral services across three elementary school sites
• Supervise, support, and provide guidance to RBTs and paraprofessionals
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Monitor behavioral data and student progress
• Provide direct behavioral support when needed
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and families
• Help ensure behavioral plans and interventions are implemented consistently across school environments

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Ability to work 40 hours per week onsite in Salinas, CA
• Strong ABA, behavior intervention, data collection, and staff-supervision skills
