Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Demonstrated experience working with students exhibiting high-magnitude behaviors, ideally in an educational or clinical setting. Previous background in autism support, particularly in elementary-age populations. Enthusiasm for working within high-needs special education classrooms (Transitional Kindergarten-4th Grade). Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork and professional growth. Available for a full-time schedule (35 hours per week), starting August 3, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group ABA therapy within classroom settings under BCBA supervision. Collect behavioral data and document progress per individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school personnel to support student success. Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity and compassion. Outstanding RBTs can expect a competitive pay range of $30-33 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
