Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead and support behavior programs across multiple nonpublic and in-district classrooms serving K-12 students with autism and other special needs. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and support IEP development. You will coach and train school staff and paraprofessionals, collaborate closely with educators, clinicians, and families, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. This role includes travel between sites and opportunities for ongoing professional growth. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for K-12 students with special needs across multiple sites Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans using evidence-based practices Analyze behavior and academic data to drive instructional and behavioral decision-making Provide coaching, modeling, and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavior strategies Collaborate with IEP teams, clinicians, families, and district partners to support student goals Ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and organizational policies related to behavior services Deliver staff professional development on ABA principles, crisis prevention, and de-escalation Support classroom-wide and school-wide positive behavior support systems Document services, progress, and outcomes accurately and on time Travel regularly between regional school and in-district classroom locations Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Data collection and behavioral data analysis IEP participation and documentation Crisis prevention and de-escalation Staff coaching and professional development Knowledge of IDEA and special education regulations Progress monitoring and report writing Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
