Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership across multiple nonpublic school and in-district classroom sites serving K-12 students with autism and emotional/behavioral needs. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and ensure fidelity of ABA-based interventions. You will coach and train teachers and staff, collaborate with IEP teams and families, support crisis prevention and de-escalation, ensure regulatory and ethical compliance, and contribute to program development and staff mentoring across the region. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for K-12 students with autism and emotional/behavioral needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using ABA principles Analyze behavior and academic data to guide treatment decisions and progress monitoring Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to teachers, paraprofessionals, and clinical staff Lead staff training on ABA, classroom management, and crisis prevention/de-escalation Collaborate with IEP teams, school leaders, districts, and families on student goals and supports Ensure ethical, regulatory, and documentation compliance across assigned school sites Support crisis intervention planning and oversee implementation of proactive strategies Contribute to program development and quality improvement across the region Mentor behavior teams and assist with onboarding and development of new clinicians Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Data collection and analysis IEP development and collaboration Staff coaching and training Classroom behavior management Crisis prevention and de-escalation Special education compliance (IDEA, state regs) Clinical documentation and reporting
