9665376-93286 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting student success by providing oversight and expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position is designed for a skilled BCBA ready to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and contribute to a collaborative, student-focused environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Experience supervising RBTs in school settings is strongly preferred Proficient in managing virtual and in-person service delivery Demonstrated history of professional communication and detailed documentation Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise in-person RBT(s), adjusting support level based on RBT skill Conduct virtual observation, consultation, and training, with in-person elements for seamless care Perform weekly supervision (approximately 6-8 hours, may vary based on RBT need) Attend team meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to educational planning Complete evaluations, data analysis, and functional assessments as needed Ensure that all services are compliant with ethical, legal, and school-based requirements
