This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is perfect for dedicated RBTs who thrive in school environments and are ready to work closely with students in a 1:1 capacity. As an integral member of the schools support team, you will help foster positive behavioral change and growth in a supportive setting. Your daily schedule will be from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing you to maintain a great work-life balance while making a difference in students lives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current and active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings preferred Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to working 1:1 with students Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to an assigned student throughout the school day Implement individualized behavior support plans developed by supervising BCBA Accurately document daily progress and behavioral data Work in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure consistency and progress Adapt to a dynamic school setting with professionalism and adaptability This is a fantastic opportunity to enrich your career, use your RBT credentials, and impact a student's educational journey in a positive way.
