Qualifications and Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working within school settings or with children/adolescents preferred Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record accurate behavioral data to track student progress Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to reinforce positive behavior supports Assist with modifying instructional techniques and environmental arrangements to facilitate student success Foster positive rapport with students and participate in meetings or trainings as needed to enhance your practice
