This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to support clients in their daily lives through evidence-based interventions, data collection, and personalized care plans. You will work closely with licensed behavior analysts and caregivers to implement ABA therapy protocols in various settings, including home-based environments and schools. Your dedication will help foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA therapy plans designed by licensed behavior analysts, ensuring consistency and fidelity in treatment delivery Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting to promote independence Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in educational settings by applying teaching strategies aligned with special education principles and behavioral health best practices Conduct behavior management techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive skills Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards Communicate effectively with clients, families, educators, and team members to ensure cohesive care plans and consistent implementation Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism spectrum disorders Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and behavior therapy techniques Ability to assist with ADLs and support client independence in daily routines Skilled in data collection methods for behavioral health and medical documentation procedures Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting individuals with disabilities Excellent client communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care Join us in making a meaningful difference!
