Located near Ridgefield, CT, this rewarding full-time position spans from August 24, 2026, through June 24, 2027, serving elementary students in a supportive and collaborative school environment. As a dedicated BCBA, you'll work closely with a caseload of 10-15 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade, including direct involvement with the elementary behavior class. Your expertise will support both students and the educational team, ensuring every child has access to individualized behavioral strategies and positive learning experiences.

What We're Looking For:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience with elementary (prek-5th grade) student populations Proven ability to assess, develop, and monitor behavior intervention plans Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families Previous work in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus Compassionate, proactive, and flexible approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:
