Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Seymour, Connecticut . This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services in a supportive and collaborative environment. The BCBA will oversee client programming, supervise behavior therapists, partner with families, and help children with autism develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Benefits package available for eligible full-time employees Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill-based evaluations Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Create and update behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Therapists Provide ongoing clinical supervision and performance feedback Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical review Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical need Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, session documentation, and insurance-required reports Participate in team meetings, staff training, and clinical case reviews Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies Promote compassionate, assent-based, and family-centered care Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Connecticut behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Therapists Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to ethical, individualized, and evidence-based treatment Why Join Solara?
