This position will serve kids primarily 10 and under in a center setting. We are seeking individuals who are driven, experienced, growth-oriented, and thrive on collaboration within a team. Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or other related fields. BCBA certificate in good standing CT BCBA License At least one year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum disorder and their families as a supervisor is preferred, but not required.Position Qualifications:
Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing Must have a thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Willing to learn as you grow in the field. Strong assessment and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively while also working independently Desire to collaborate with team members Solid communication and people skills Solid information technology skills Ability to pass state and federal background checks Job Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments Design and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor treatment progress with each client Assist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate and communicate with the client's family, caregivers, and other service providers as appropriate Provide direct services to clients and their families as needed Meet with clinical staff regularly to review progress Document progress notes, reports, and other updates on a routine basis. Attend regularly scheduled clinical meetings. Adhere to ethical standards in BACB code of ethics. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines Sallyz ABA offersBCBA:
