Job Description

School BCBA working a 36‑week contract in Willimantic, Connecticut, providing behavioral support across elementary, middle, and high school students. Earn up to $67-$70 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments for students Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Facilitate behavior coaching sessions with students and staff Collaborate with teachers to integrate interventions into classroom Train school staff on behavior support strategies Monitor and analyze student progress data Adjust interventions based on data and feedback Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Document sessions and progress in required systems Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations Prepare reports for parents and administrators Maintain professional development records
Qualifications:
BCBA license required Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field Ability to support multiple school settings across elementary, middle, and high school levels Flexibility within school hours (7:15 AM - 3:30 PM) Must pass background checks
