Monday-Friday Hours:

PM Hourly Pay:

$60-$66/hour (W2) , depending on experience Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress Provide coaching and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Support positive behavior strategies across school environments Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Partner with families and educational teams to promote student success Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) national credential Valid Delaware School Behavior Analyst Standard Certificate issued by the Delaware Department of Education Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral and educational needs Why Choose TactStaff Education?
