Job Description

Make a lasting difference in students lives while advancing your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school environment. This full-time, onsite contract position provides specialized behavioral support across multiple school sites and offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with educators and impact diverse student populations for the duration of the assignment.
Qualifications:
Current, active BCBA license (must be submitted with application) Experience supporting students in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards Ability to work onsite for 35 hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch) Willingness to complete required fingerprinting and background checks, including payment for a $85 CBC fingerprinting and Child Protective Registry Check Ability to complete a TB test and necessary district contractor paperwork
Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative ABA services Work in partnership with school staff at multiple locations to support students, deliver training, and monitor intervention fidelity Collect and analyze data to ensure effective behavioral programming and ongoing progress monitoring Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and parent communication as needed Adhere to district protocols and timelines for documentation, compliance, and reporting
