Weekly Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 35 billable hours/week 7.5 billable hours/day + a 30-minute unpaid break Daily window: 8:30 AM - 4:30
PM Grade Levels:
PK-12, district-wide What You'll Do Provide direct services to students across assigned caseloads Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed Assist with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed Assist with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as needed Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide programming Provide consultation to school teams as needed Shadow, train, and coach classroom and support staff as needed Supervise staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as needed Candidate Expectations This role calls for flexibility and a willingness to meet students where they are.
