What You'll Do:
As a BCBA with Sunny Bay ABA, you will: Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Conduct behavioral assessments and reassessments Analyze client data and modify treatment plans based on progress Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization Complete treatment plans, progress reports, reassessments, and other clinical documentation within required timelines Collaborate with families, schools, therapists, physicians, and other members of the client's care team Provide direct client services as clinically appropriate Ensure services meet BACB ethical standards and payer requirements Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture

Required Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and evidence-based treatment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care
