NeuroRise Behavioral Center is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings . We are looking for professionals who are passionate about helping children develop meaningful communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills and who enjoy working as part of a collaborative clinical team. The RBT will provide direct 1:1 ABA services under the supervision and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate data, and supporting clients and their families. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings . Collect, record, and maintain accurate data regarding client behavior and progress. Assist clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills. Implement behavior reduction and skill-acquisition procedures as directed by the supervising BCBA. Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and clinical feedback. Communicate professionally and effectively with caregivers, supervisors, and members of the treatment team. Provide caregivers with support and feedback regarding strategies recommended by the clinical team. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable professional and agency requirements. Complete required documentation accurately and within established timelines. Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for every client. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Health, Human Services, or a related field is preferred. Current RBT certification is preferred. Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Experience or knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is preferred. Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional approach when working with clients and families. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a clinical team. Must be able to complete all required agency, payer, and credentialing requirements. Medicaid Credentialing Candidates who are hired and require Medicaid credentialing must complete the applicable credentialing and enrollment process before providing services that require Medicaid authorization. Credentialing and enrollment timelines may vary and can take up to 60 days or longer , depending on the payer and completion of all required documentation. Employment and start dates for billable services are dependent upon completion of the applicable credentialing and authorization requirements. Must also complete a background screening.
