Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to individuals with autism and other behavioral health challenges. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals in the field of special education. Duties Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior changes. Provide direct support to clients, focusing on behavior management and skill acquisition. Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques. Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure effective service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sessions, including data collection and documentation of client progress. Assist in developing new strategies for behavioral therapy tailored to each client's needs. Experience Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special needs, is preferred. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and principles is highly desirable. Experience in patient care or behavioral health settings is beneficial. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. A background in special education or related fields will be considered an asset. $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
