FAMILY BEHAVIOR THERAPY
(FBT) is seeking Registered Behavior Technician(s) (RBT) to join our team in the Lauderhill area. At FBT our number one priority is treating our clients with compassion and respect. We work with clients in whatever location best suits their needs, whether that be in their home, community, school, or our clinic. Providing 1 on 1 behavior analytic services to clients with a variety of needs and conditions. Just as we support our community we also support our RBTs. Providing guidance and training, better preparing them for future clients and certifications should you choose to pursue them. RBTs will be expected to have excellent communication and time management skills, being able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, caregivers, and colleagues. RBTs are also expected to learn and implement their clients behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, seeking guidance from their BCBA if needed. All RBTs will receive paid supervision from their BCBA and/or BCaBA, receiving hands-on training with no cost to you. Administration staff will also be available during regular working hours to assist with any team or client related questions. All prospective RBTs will only be hired as a W-2 employee. Responsibilities and Duties Implement behavioral intervention and skill acquisition programs as detailed by BCBA. Collecting data from sessions via tablet or smartphone. Being receptive to feedback on how treatment plans are being implemented and to adjustment made to treatment plans. Writing behavior/treatment progress summaries, and clinical notes Communicate effectively with team members and caregivers, relaying client / treatment plan observations to team leads Demonstrate professional behavior in compliance with the BACB standards and Compliance Code during the implementation of behavior analytical services to clients. Education and other requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, Highschool diploma or GED required The ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening A valid State of Florida Driver's License Language English (Required) Spanish (Preferred) Pay Rate 20 - 30 per hour Rate dependent on experience and education Job Types Part-time Benefits Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedulePaid Supervision Pay:
